Our website can usually be used without providing any personal data. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing if there are statutory storage obligations (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter .

 

Further data is not collected. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.

Facebook plugins (like button)

Plugins from the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, are integrated on our website. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the “Like button” (“I like”) on our site. When you visit our pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plugin. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or how it is used by Facebook. Our website uses functions of the XING network. The provider is XING AG, Dammtorstraße 29-32, 20354 Hamburg, Germany. Each time one of our pages containing XING functions is called up, a connection to the XING servers is established.

 

To our knowledge, no personal data is stored. In particular, no IP addresses are stored or usage behavior is evaluated. For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Calendar

You can make appointments with us on our website. We use the "Calendly" tool to book appointments. The provider is Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, USA (hereinafter "Calendly").

For the purpose of booking an appointment, enter the requested data and the desired date in the mask provided. The data entered will be used for the planning, implementation and, if necessary, for the follow-up of the appointment.

The data you enter will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in making appointments with interested parties and customers as uncomplicated as possible. If consent has been requested, Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR is the legal basis for data processing; the consent can be revoked at any time.

Contract for order processing

We have concluded an order processing contract with Calendly. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that Calendly only processes the personal data of our website visitors according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time.
