5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated and any applicable legal retention periods.


Contact/enquiry data are deleted once handled unless longer retention is required by law.

8. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and any voluntary details you provide.
You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each newsletter.

Data submitted through our forms (e.g., name, email, phone) is used to respond to your enquiry.
We delete data once it is no longer required or restrict processing if retention is legally required.

10. Appointment Booking (TidyCal)

We use TidyCal, a scheduling tool provided by Gumroad Inc., 225 Valencia St, San Francisco CA 94103, USA, to allow visitors to book appointments online.
When you book, the information you enter (name, email, chosen time, message) is transmitted to and processed by TidyCal to manage the meeting.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in simple appointment management). If you give explicit consent, Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR applies and you may withdraw it at any time.

 

Data transfer: Data may be transferred to the USA under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure adequate protection.

11. Social Media Plugins / Links

Our website may include social media links or plugins (e.g. Facebook, XING). When you interact with them, data may be sent to the provider. Please check each provider’s privacy policy.

12. Security (SSL/TLS)
